It’s January, and that means a time to reflect on the year we’ve just had… and what a year it was! To keep the #LiveColourful spirit alive this winter, we teamed up with our friends at the Underground Film Club to bring you a season of sensational subterranean cinema. Missed out on the action? Don’t panic, as we’re sharing our best bits with you.
Running from 6th November through to the end of December 2014, we gave you the chance to enjoy a Bulmers whilst watching fantastic festive flicks such as Home Alone and the perennial classic, It’s a Wonderful Life, as well as modern day epics like The Grand Budapest Hotel and The Wolf of Wall Street. Based in the magical confines of the Vaults deep below Waterloo Station, we turned the labyrinth into a film-goers’ paradise. Featuring popcorn, mouth-wateringly good food and, of course, a bar stacked to the hilt with the full range of Bulmers Cider flavours, we bought a splash of colour to a dreary London winter. Oh, and did we mention we borrowed the seats from Banksy?
From romantic comedies (Love Actually) to classic thrillers (American Psycho), movie buffs of all persuasions were catered for. The entertainment didn’t end there though… oh no! Our #LiveColourful photo booth was on hand to capture the moment with some pop art inspired snaps – Here’s what @coconutstripes on Twitter thought of the night:
