You are only entitled to copy electronically and print hard copy portions of this Website for the sole purpose of viewing our products.
    The Company is licensed to reproduce and distribute any sound and video recordings contained on this Website. You are only permitted to download such sound and video recordings for personal viewing in the UK. You are expressly prohibited from sharing such sound and video recordings.

You must not misuse the website (including without limitation by hacking). (v) post advertisements or solicitations of business: (vi) impersonate another person. The Company assumes no responsibility for any liability that might arise from the content posted on the Website, including without limitation, claims for defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity or invasion of privacy.
    This Company does not endorse any User Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with User Submissions. We do not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Website, and we will remove all content and User Submissions if properly notified that such content or User Submission infringes on another’s intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove Content and User Submissions without prior notice. We will also terminate a user’s access to the Website, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had a User Submission removed from the Website more than twice. Bulmer’s Assembly Festival Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to the Promoter’s agency in relation to this promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Only open to UK residents aged 25 or over who have access to internet, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, the retailer running the promotion and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
  2. Entry instructions are listed on dedicated social media posts shared on Bulmers and Assembly Festival feeds and via printed A-Boards on-site at the Bulmers Orchard Bar located at George Square Garden, Edinburgh EH8 9JU.
  3. Consumers can enter the promotion to be in with the chance of winning 1 pair of tickets to Assembly Festival shows between 3rd – 30th August 2018.
  4. Entry via Facebook and Instagram only.
  5. To enter, consumers must take a photo of themselves and/or friends at the Bulmer’s Orchard bar branded photo opportunity located at the Bulmers Orchard Bar in George Square Garden, Edinburgh EH8 9JU.
  6. The Bulmers Orchard Bar is open between 27th July 2018 – 31st August 2018.
  7. The Bulmers Orchard Bar photo opportunity is open on the following dates: 3rd August 4th August, 5th August, 10th August, 11th August, 12th August, 17th August, 18th August and 19th August 2018. To enter the promotion, consumers must take a picture of themselves in front of the Orchard back drop and post it on their Facebook, Instagram or twitter feeds using #BulmersOrchard and #MyAssembly.
  8. Entrants will not be asked to provide their details for prize fulfilment purposes.
  9. Winners will receive a promotional code delivered via Direct Message on the platform that their winning photo was shared on.
  10. The promotional code is to be used to redeem 1 pair of tickets on the Assembly Festival website or the Assembly Festival box office.
  11. Multiple entries into the competition are permitted but only one prize per person to be won.
  12. Each prize is1 pair of Assembly festival tickets to selected shows within the Assembly Festival programme subject to availability and details in Point 28 below.
  13. All entries must be submitted directly via Facebook or Instagram profiles. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents/third parties will not be accepted.
  14. Closing Date for receipt of entries: 11.59pm on 19th August 2018.
  15. There is a total of 150 tickets to be won to be given away in pairs, 75 prizes in total. There will be 25 winners for each weekend that the promotion is running at the Bulmers Orchard Bar in George Square Garden, Edinburgh EH8 9JU.
  16. Entrants will not receive a notification to confirm receipt and whether the entry is valid or not.
  17. Winner selection: All winners will be selected from a pool of images that successfully meet the winning criteria outlined below and in line with the terms of this promotion. Winners will be selected by RPM Ltd
  18. Winning criteria: Entrants need to look over 25 and comply with the overall rules of the promotion (responsible drinking, no offensive language or behaviour).
  19. All promotional codes will expire at 11.59pm on 30th August 2018 and will not be available to use for future shows at The Assembly Festival after 31st August 2018
  20. Queries about the promotion and claiming a prize should be made through emailing customerservices@bulmers.co.uk.
  21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  22. The individual prizes are transferrable at the winner’s discretion if promotional codes for prize redemption are handed over to family or friends.
  23. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (in whole or in part) for alternative prizes of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
  24. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
  25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
  26. This Promotion is not sponsored or promoted by Facebook or its subsidiaries. Accordingly, Facebook and its subsidiaries expressly disclaim any and all liability in conjunction with the offering or conduct of the Promotion under any legal theory, including but not limited to the award of prizes in the Promotion.
  27. Prize specifications and terms:

    One prize per person. 1 prize = 1 pair of tickets. Restrictions apply. Tickets will need to be collected from an official Assembly Festival Box office. No more than 2 tickets for any performance. Max of 24 tickets for one show over the fringe season, if these allocations have been met, ticket availability may be limited. Tickets are valid between Sunday and Thursday. Shows available in prize draw are: Jason Byrne, David O’Doherty, Andrew Maxwell, Jess Robinson, Simon Evans, Thrones! The Musical Parody, Hardeep Signh Kohli.
